Ever since the establishment of GREEN PLASTICS we have been persistently working to provide constantly high quality of final products for our clients. Internal quality control system has been developed. The quality of the production is determined by taking pellet samples from various layers of each Big-Bag and measuring their melt flow index (MFI) and extruding a film sample.

Not only pellet but also film samples are analysed with an aim to evaluate their tone match, volume of admixtures and other quality criteria. Pellet and film samples are attached to each Big-Bag of final production in order to ensure that the client has a possibility to evaluate the material immediately upon delivery. 

GREEN PLASTICS laboratory is equipped with MFI (melt flow index) detection devices and laboratory film sample extruder.

In the laboratory of GREEN PLASTICS there is also developed pellet and film sample storage system where all samples are stored for one year in order to be able to trace quality of each batch of final production.
